How to Promote Logistics Enterprises to Participate in Reverse Emergency Logistics: A Tripartite Evolutionary Game Analysis

Considering the emergency risks and uncertainties of recycling processes, this research builds a tripartite evolutionary game model government, logistics enterprises, environmental non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to study interaction mechanism. Based on analysis stable strategy (ESS), uses MATLAB R2018b mainly show choice trends enterprises in various scenarios including “Government Failure”, as well mutual impacts government NGOs’ selection. The found that (1) has an important role efficiently promoting enterprises’ participation; (2) net benefits NGOs, key factors directly affect results, are influenced by uncertainty, respectively; (3) NGOs not only play effective complementary functions, Failure” context, but can also urge perform regulatory functions. This enriches field combination theory reverse providing reference for developing economic administrative policies optimize disposal relief.
